Leroy Edozien holds qualifications in medicine and law. His experience in risk management spans service delivery, training and education, publishing/editorial roles, and innovation. He was Director of Risk Management and Clinical Audit for Central Manchester Hospitals, UK and edited the journal Clinical Risk.
In the last two decades he has delivered lectures and undertaken assignments relating to clinical standards and healthcare quality and safety for various organisations including the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics, the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the UK National Patient Safety Agency, the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence, the King’s Fund, the Canadian Fertility & Andrology Society and the Irish State Claims Agency. He devised the RADICAL framework for implementing and monitoring healthcare risk management (Edozien LC, 2013).
